Land Use issues to be discussed...

 - Presentation and Action:  4062 & 4064 W GARDEN AVE - application for conversion of storage space into a dwelling unit in a R1 Zone, Zone Variance Request.

-Presentation and Action: 3133 - 3133 1/2 GLENDALE BLVD - application for condition use permit request to allow the sale of beer and wine for on-site consumption in a existing 1,900sqft restaurant.

- Presentation and Action: "River Glen" designation for industrial area in North Atwater Village.
